More of My Mechanical Environment

Our company, Hello Wood Products, has grown into a factory, really, and with the need to create high quality, perfectly diamensioned wooden education materials we’ve had to upgrade our tooling.  This is a picture of two machines:  one is a panel saw that holds sheets of plywood upright and cuts very accurately.  After years of pushing sheets across a table saw this was a necessary luxury, making the work much safer and easier.  The second machine, called simply “The Baker” is used to clean up raw lumber after it first comes in the door.

About Mary Beth

I am fascinated by changing patterns and colored threads. I sew garments and am teaching myself to machine knit. Since selling the building that housed my workrooms, The Stitchery, I'm searching for a place to set up the knitting machines again. There must be room here somewhere!
