Wow! This is what fighting cancer is all about. Living life to the fullest and meeting it with grace and dignity in all things.

And what I wouldn’t give to play with this fabric…the nanotube web is proclaimed by Nanocomp Technologies Inc USA.

About Mary Beth

I am fascinated by changing patterns and colored threads. I sew garments and am teaching myself to machine knit. Since selling the building that housed my workrooms, The Stitchery, I'm searching for a place to set up the knitting machines again. There must be room here somewhere!

That fabric would be great in a workout shirt if it could give us energy!

  3. Thanks for sharing that! It was so sad, but beautiful at the same time. My dad died a couple of weeks ago of lung cancer, but he was happy to go as he had a good and long life – he was 79.

Sending you hugs and well wishes 🙂

I’ve just started my chemo for breast cancer and am wondering if I should write about it on my knitting blog and add a new category to it. Yours is so inspiring to read, I’ll bookmark it.

    Thanks, Carolyn

  7. Carolyn: I wish you strength and patience throughout your treatment. You didn’t leave an addy for your blog so if you stop by again please do so. My decision to write about it was due to my own urge to just fall off the face of life…I’m still not sure I want to climb back on! I guess I’ll have to force myself to do that, too, and get back to blogging…soon…
    hugs and best wishes
